Corruption is rampant. Just go through newspapers how scandals are tumbling out. Media has exposed so many scandals. Public representatives are involved in corruption. The recent exposure of MLAs in passport scandal to ferry others to abroad as family members by taking substantial amounts. Judiciary is plauged with corruption. Warrants issued in the name of president is example of this.

you make it out yourself after reading the following;
after independence govt. gave reservations to backward classes in universities,colleges,schools,jobs,politics etc in order to give them a chance to come forward.after 60 years of independence it has to increase both the number of reservations and the number of backward classes.
People kill to get there caste reserved as backward.
At the end what the people of india get is what they deserve.
you see, what goes around comes all the way back around.
