You have to call your service provider's customer service. They are the only people that can give you the PUK code. They will verify that you are the account holder and ask for some information from the sim card itself. After that, they will get you the PUK code. Stay on the line with them until you successfully enter the PUK code.

You somehow managed to lock your phone,
PUK = (Personal Unlock Key) If the account is in your name with the sim, you need to call the network you are with and ask. Explain the situation to them. If you do get this cleared up, dont not to ever play with security code settings on the phone because 9 times out of 10, all it does is lead to the PUK problem.

Go here and type in your cell phone model...........you can get the PUK CODE right on the website. And there's NO WAY to burn a SIM card. It just gets locked. NOT BURNED, OR FRIED LIKE SOME PEOPLE THINK....HAHAHAHA

CLICK PHONE/DEVICE SUPPORT. Once you type your phone in then do a search for PUK and it will give you all the instructions. Your phone will work again in less that 10 min.

If you dial 1-800-331-0500 AT&T customer service can give it to you too. The website is easier of course.

Unless you still have the box that your phone came in which will have the PUK code on it then the only option is waiting for them to speak to you and they'll give you it. 1 hour seems a long time- when i had to ring for it, it wasn't that long. Stop trying to guess it though- a PUK code is about 16 digits and isn't something you have set yourself so you don't have a chance :-)

you have to go to the store. They have it on file. If it is on the internet, I do not know where it is. It would be on your account, because the PUK code is different for everyone I believe.
