Have you ever lived in a house that was haunted and do you have proof??? Tell me your story !!!?

I can't prove it, but one evening my husband, son and daughter left to go to a school concert. I stayed home and was downstairs after they left. I heard people walking around upstairs but nobody was home. So I snuck up the stairs, I still heard footsteps in the hallway, I got almost to the top of the steps and I heard people talking, I couldn't make out what was being said, then all of a sudden it came running towards the stairs. I ran down the stairs like a bolt of lightning, then it stopped. As soon as I got downstairs my sons friend knocked on the door, I asked him to check for me, he checked upstairs and said nothing was there. I asked him if the radio or t.v. was on, he said no not even the lights were on. I've had a lot of other things happen in this house, but I haven't even convinced myself they are true. Haunted, I don't know, its either that or I'm going crazy. I'm to old to believe in the bogeyman. : )

My fiance and I moved into this really old house that was converted into two apartments and our deal with the landlord was that we would finish finishing our apt for rent well it was the 2nd week we lived there and we were sanding the stairs and bannister with a 4in electric hand sander and I was sanding the stairs and he was sanding the 2nd landing, then all of a sudden it sounded like someone or something was right behind me and yelled in my ear, "GET OUT" we both stopped sanding at that moment, looked at eachother, and he asked me if I said anything, I said No and I asked him the same and he said no, needless to say we both got up and ran out of the house and didn't go back for a day or two and only to get our stuff out of the house and leave. We had heard things prior to this incident, but they were just noises and we figured it was because the house was old, once we heard what sounded like someone was in the other apt (which was also vacant and we had the key) so we went in and looked all around and even went into the cellar and no one was there but I know what we heard was footsteps that sounded like they were going up the stairs! We never went back and don't know if the people that moved in after us ever had any kind of experiences like ours! BTW don't have any proof and couldn't find anything on the history of the house. : )

Well, my aunt used to live in a house that was an old funeral home, complete with morgue and right next to the cemetery. She said it was haunted and had tons of experiences.

So of course the one night I stay there I saw a little girl in a black dress standing right behind my uncle. I was really unhappy about the whole experience, but they were over joyed that they didn't tell me they thought it was a girl and I go and describe her perfectly.

Only later did I find out that seeing a full bodied apparition is pretty rare. Even my aunt and uncle had only seen glimpses. I got to stare right at her. At the time I was pretty young and scared and would have been happy with not having any contact with the girl at all.

First off I have never lived in a haunted house... But I did live in a house that was haunted... Before I was able to move in The paranormal team that I am a member of cleared it out first... It took us over 3 weeks to cleansed that home of all it ghost and demons And it took some very strong binding spells to keep it clean.. You know its funny that so many people want proof but every non members of my paranormal team refused to enter that home until it was cleaned out.. There is no way that you can capture a ghost and to capture a demon is even more impossible.. So there is no way that I can bring a ghost or a demon to your house and say boo... It just funny that everyone wants proof and everyone wants to be frighten... But the only way for that to happen would be for you to enter that home with us while we are trying to cleanse it and I can assure you that when you first open the front door you ghost hunting day are over and yes that is how frightening that home was before it was cleaned out... So how do you think that we or anyone else would be able to offer you proof if you were not there... My parents house. You can hear people walking around... doors closing, foot creaks, just a general feeling that someone is there, even when you're alone. Sometimes you will think someone is in the room with you but they are actually in the other room. One time a balloon floated from room to room as if someone was pulling it around and watching us from it.

The people who owned it a long time ago stopped by to see the place, we did not know them. They asked if the house was still haunted. They thought it was a little girl.

Not a scare or creepy thing in any way.

I used to live in an apartment that i think may have been haunted. One day me and my friends were watching tv when the closet door opened it was so weird an dalso when we'd go to bed we would turn out everything and in the morning the lights and the pans woud be on and out on the stove.

My mom told me when I wa a baby my room was haunted. ..

Whenever she was around any guy other than my dad i would scream bloody murder, doctors, people at the store, any guy.
I would constantly babble into the top shelf of my closet and stop whenever someone came into the room, so one day I was babbling away and she came to my room. When she opened my door she bumped something, but couldnt find anything. I stopped talking and just looked at her, and she was spooked so she went to the closet and started waving her hands in the shelf to show me there wasnt anything there, and i started screaming like i would if a dude was around.

perchance, i'm no longer asserting that this is hunted, i'm purely giving out my own opinion. in view that all the failings you mentioned look logical to me in many procedures. case in point the orb ingredient would have possibly been the lights interior the room, yet i'm uncertain. The radio one with your dad is extremely chilling to study, it makes my hair get up. And the door slamming, couldnt that be your mom, dad or sis slamming the door on twist of fate? All i will say is their's a 50% danger your place is possibly haunted, and a 50% danger this is not any longer. All i will say, i'm purely throwing what i think of is exciting approximately this. P.s. perchance you would be able to desire to objective praying? in the adventure that your to scared to objective praying on your mattress, attempt interior your ideas, as a exchange of outloud. or purely pray with your loved ones at evening.
