You can feed it about 1-2 times a week in small amounts. If you have fish in the tank, just use a turkey baster to aim some frozen saltwater fish food toward the condy. If you don't have any fish, you can still feed the same, or use raw minced clams, shrimp, or ocean fish from the grocery. The amount you should feed will depend on the size of the anemone, but don't overdo it.
Also important here is your lighting - anemones are photosynthetic, so you should have good lighting (compact fluorescent, T-5, or metal halide system).
Also make sure any other fish and inverts in your tank are all reef-safe. You anemone may be shrivelling if there's something picking at it. If it's new, it may take a little while for it to find a place where the flow and lighting is at the right level.

It likes to eat filter feeding invert food, Mysis Shrimp, micro-plankton a few times per week, when open. Most probably feed it once to twice weekly. The diet should include feedings of fish, mussels, shrimp, or other foods of this type. Make sure it's very small bits of raw shrimp or silversides. For feeding, please feed meaty foods of marine origin (mysids, Pacifica plankton... never brine shrimp though... all frozen)... very fine or minced... never larger than 1/4"even though they will sting it (large chunks can tear, harm or kill in time).
