Rich countries wanted the poor countries to become poorer for domination of world economy.

We, the U.S., try hard to end starvation, however I don't think we do. I understand money can go only so far if the govenment we are giving the money to is corrupt, but we cannot shrug our shoulders and say we tried on this issue. This should eb one of the top priorities of the US in my opinion, because building good realtionships with other countries will continue to grow increasingly important in our interdependant global society.

United States gives more than almost any other country towards third world countries per capa. I think only France is higher. I wish we wouldn't because giving doesn't help. teaching does. look at Mexico. People leave their to come here to help themselves and they don't even know how to fix their own infer structure. their government is too corrupt. Americas is on the way. in 50 years are less 'people will be leaving America to go to other counties
