I can be pretty superstitious! I don't get clocks, watches, shoes and knives as gifts because getting clocks/watches for a person is like you wishing death upon them (life ticking away). If you get footwear as a present for a person, they'd "run" away from you and the friend/relationship and knives is a no-no but I'm not too sure why.
My mum's personal can't-dos include not taking pictures with 3 people because the friendship usually dies and no giving perfumes/fragrances as presents to your family or friends. If you receive it, give a token sum of money to uh, ward of the bad luck! My mum believes that perfumes as presents kills the friendship too.

There are forces in this Universe, which are not comprehended by us, through the various sclences that we know yet. Something new, always keeps coming to light in the world of our sciences, as time flows along. These new discoveries, are always objective facts. Surely, the vast Universe, is NOT merely meant, for the species living on planet Earth, alone. There may be other species present elsewhere in this vast Universe and we may not be aware of them yet. Maybe, our human senses, do not sense "them" at all ! There is NO superstition associated with what I have stated. We do not comprehend "a majority" of the complete Universe yet, as all scientists in the world agree. Besides the Earth, the rest of the huge Universe, whose dimensions are in unimaginable number of light years, CANNOT SIMPLY BE A BARREN WASTE! (LOGICALLY SPEAKING, I SUPPOSE)

Yes, i think it stems from my baseball days. Certain rituals and whatnot while pitching and during at bats. I believe i am more OC than superstitious.
I did cross a black cat last year, (i normally go out of my way not to) but didn't have time that morning. Five minutes later i was sideswiped on the freeway and hit the concrete barrier in the divide.

I try my best not to break mirrors cause I believe in the whole seven years of bad luck, other than that I open umbrellas indoors and walk under ladder all the time. I'm not very superstitious.

I'm only superstitious when I'm gamble at the casino. Each time I try my luck at the casino, I only wear red color undies, its suppose to act as a good luck charm. And I swear by it, coz I'm having a good run so far.

I only believe in one superstition: it is bad luck to wake someone up. I believe in that superstition because I hate being woken up!
i don't believe in anything else though.
