I am 20yrs old, my resting heart rate is ussually in the 120s, when i lay in bed at night i can feel my heart pounding

Wolff-Parkinson-White-Sydrome causes Tachardia=fast heart rate. Perhaps you should see a heart doctor. There are medications to slow the heart rate down, but only use under a specialists close supervision.

well it could be a number of things only a doctor can tell you, i personally have the same problem my fast heart beats are due to a mytro-prolaspe vavle in my heart, it's very uncomfortable. i suggest you see a doctor to be on the safe side, but hopefully it's just due to stress,to much caffine intake. i hope this helps.ps sorry about the spelling lol

**** dude... umm yeah have some camaeal tea for a house scientific care yet as for someting that your no longer gonna could drink alot... ask a physician cus it truly is mostly extreme blood rigidity

Caffeine.

It could also be hyperthyroid. Do you have any other symptoms like losing more hair or intolerance to heat?

i would go with emotions b4 u rush to the doc. r u under stress, anxious, unhappy?
