My wife makes VERY realistic paper roses-handmade, hand-painted, the whole nine yards. We've seen people selling the same things for up to $75-100 EACH online (yeah, I know that ridiculous), but she's not interested in trying to sell them for THAT much. So...whaddaya think? Where would be a good place to sell these things? How would she market them? Andhow much should she charge? It takes about 15 minutes to make one rose, BTW, if that helps, and the costs are minimal (she says about five cents per rose, lol)

You've already had some great answers. The only thing you've left out is a picture of the roses. One cannot say what to charge without seeing a picture.
Another thing to keep in mind, as to the price, is the area you are selling in, the place you are marketing your item and how much it's worth to you/your wife.
For example: in a high income area, at a craft fair, you might charge up to $100. A more acceptable price would be $20-$50 (This can also depend on the size of the rose-which we haven't been given that information).
Here's what I suggest: Pick and area and a place. Chose a price. You may start out with them being $20 for a small rose (if they are in different sizes) and see how the market goes. If the roses fly off the table, then you know that the next time you can probably price them at $30. This is called supply and demand. If the market deems that you supply more roses, you can demand a higher price for your item. And, this should give you an idea what to charge in what area you choose.
As far as eBay goes...you can pick a price and do a BUY NOW sale. The only disadvantage of selling on eBay is that you'd have to find a way to ship which will not crush the roses and you'd have to find a shipper that will give as much care to your package as you do.
Hope this helps to get you started and making good, honest money that you won't have to feel that you're stealing from your buyers or from yourself.

I would check with some flower shops. Some sell artificial plants as well as real ones. The flowers would make a great bouquet. Flea markets are always a good place. You can also try Ebay. Price them as to what you think is fair. Make sure to cover the cost of materials and don't forget the time spent making the item.

I live in Greenwood S. C.. Every year in June we have a festival of flowers. There are art shows, craft fairs & tours of gardens around the town. It`s also the home of Parkseed Co., one of the largest flower & seed companies in the country. I`m sure she could do well at functions like that & could charge whatever she wanted, especially if she did bouquets, arrangements, or different sized flowers.

as for where to sell...setting up tables during farmers markets/festivals in school/church functions i'm sure would be a success.they always sell cute handmade art at those type of events
p.s.it wouldn't hurt to post on pennysaverusa.com, craig's list, or similar sites

i would say $5 to start and if they sell at that price jack it up a few bucks. don't tell people that it doesn't take long to make them tho, she should check out a local farmers market or a kiosk in a mall would be good too if she has other products to sell also.

I would try selling them for 1/2 the price of everyone else. Like on e-bay or at your local flea market. P.S. I would love to know how to make them, not to sell but for gifts for my family I make most of our Christmas gifts.

How about craft fairs and festivals. If she made enough she could probably sell them wholesale to the vendors at some festivals.
