If you have small tanks and more than one or two fish you will have water quality problems.

I found larger tanks a better value.

You need a filter, aireation, and a heater. You need a water ph of 7.

You need to take out 1/3 of the water at least once a week and replace it with fresh waters with the chemicals removed.

You can get everything you need as well as advice on specific fish questions at any good pet supply store.

I have 2 african dwarf frogs and had my sucker fish die recently, and have a 2 gallon tank, I believe the tank should have been 3 or more gallons with the sucker fish, the ratio per frog to water is roughly 1+ gallons of water per frog, your tank is way too small.

My sucker fish would frequently "fight" with the frogs, and I believe it's a territory thing, they need their space, so more room for them to live in harmony is advised.

I actually caught the sucker fish swimming around with the frogs entire leg in his mouth, was kind of funny, but I'm sure they both would have been better off avoiding each other

You may want to consider letting the fish, tadpoles, and crayfish you caught go. There's no where for the animals to get away from each other, if the fish want to pick on the frog, or the crayfish picks on anybody. It sounds like you don't have a filter since these tanks are so small, and the fish will have to have a filter to get oxygen in the water. And being new, the fish, crayfish, and tadpoles will make the water quality get bad in a short time, and bad water quality isn't good for the animals. If you're keeping your African dwarf frog in one of these as well, it should have at least a gallon of water for itself.

It is mandatory that you get larger tanks. Your fish will die in such small tanks. Fish are territorial, so a bigger tank will stop the chasing, too.

Get at least a gallon of water for every fish.
