Basically I have a video and I wanted to put some songs on it from my computer, i dont know if the songs are copyrighted but Im sure they are idk? Is that illegal to put them on the video?

technically, if you don't have the rights to said songs, then yes it would be illegal. But all that would happen is youtube would just end up removing the video.
