Sudafed - the stuff with the pseudo stuff in it. You have to get it from the pharmacist (I guess some people were buying 1000s of pills at a time) but it is over the counter and stops anxiety and depression a lot. Not sure why but it works!

There are a few natural medicines that are suppose to be good for depression. Go to a local health food store like GNC. Good luck to you. Btw, clinical depression is very serious and very real so you might want to talk to a doctor. Even if you don't want any prescription drugs talking to a doctor and getting his or her advice may help

No not really. I'm pretty depressed myself. If you really are that depressed for a long time, you should seek some therapy. Perhaps I should follow my own advice as well. Good luck to you.
