should have 2 nuts on the one side that you need 2 wrenches. one to hold one nut while you loosen the other one and on the other side you should have a quick disconnect that you will need a pair of needle nose pliers to squeeze the 2 tangs together and it will slip right off.

Fords Are One Of The Easiest To Put Fuel Filters In For Vehicles. Especially The Pickups Of That Year. It Should Only Take You About 10 Minutes To Change It.

It is easy. The filter should be under the frame on the driver side. It is easy to locate. The way ford attaches the lines it is usually two plastic clips, one on either side of the filter. Just take a flat tip screw driver, and pop them out. It is ok if they break, the new filter will come with new ones. On some fords all you need is a wrench to take off the lines. Then it has one bolt that holds it on the frame. and you are done

not usually. if it's rusty make sure to spray it down first with penetrating oil so you don't break you're fuel lines around the filter. those are a pain to replace. some vehicles require special tools to remove the filters. you're parts store should be able to help you with that.

I have an s10 and it is very easy to put it in. Make sure it is not rusty because if it is then you can break the lines which is not fun.
