You're not crazy, honey. Those who can't feel it don't understand. My husband isn't sure I'm not crazy. He just knows me well enough to know that I believe it, and that's enough for him. He's also seen me jump out of my skin when he walked up behind me. lol
About 4 years ago I started seeing things, started feeling things. I felt exactly that--felt someone watching me, a lot of time coming from the closet that ajoined our bathroom, but also staring at me from around a corner as I was sitting in the living room. Started having nightmares, hearing things bang on the walls, someone stroking my hair. A couple of times I'd walk into my bedroom and this folded up exercise poster that came with my exercise ball would fly off the shelf it was on.
Well, 4 years and a few conquered fears later, I know who my spirit guides are and I can communicate with them. You're not crazy. Do you ever pick up the emotions of the people around you? Feel the energy in the air of a room? Have odd thoughts pop into your head out of nowhere? Or have very vivid dreams that make you feel like they're trying to tell you something? You could be a sensitive. But you're definitely not crazy.

I was driving on a back road near my house, heading home, if i remember correctly it was about 11 at night. Suddenly i see a man run across the street in front of me, and i hit him. Only i didn't. So i get out to check on the guy freaking out because well i ran over someone, saw no blood, no sign of anyone, i even looked under my truck to check. Once i got my composure back, i realized that i didn't feel any impact at all. There is a cemetary not far from where i hit the guy, and my friend was with me and he saw the same thing. Before that did not believe in ghost, but we have no idea. If you could have seen the guy, you'd agree

It was me and a bunch of friends in this old house where we were staying at night in the middle of the desert. The wind started howling and there were weird noises everywhere. There were dogs outside, and suddenly they just started howling too. And then one of my friends screamed, because something had just scratched her face. There were 3 long scratch marks down her cheek, and she had no idea where they came from. And this is not made up. Then the dogs just stopped. It was the scarriest night in my life.
Another time, I had just woken up to roll over at night, and then I felt something grab my shoulder. I screamed, flipped over, and turned on the light, but nothing was there.

Pretty normal in my family. My brother use to deny things, but his girlfriends would tell me what he had experienced. My mother, one of the most loving, calm, and sane people I have ever know just took such things in stride. Set the tone for me.
Best to assume that it has another explanation than supernatural, but keep it open, stay accepting. One never knows.
Let me know if I can help.

There's nothing crazy about what you're experiencing. In some cultures (including my own), it would be considered very normal to have interaction with the spirits of ancestors or to see apparitions from time to time.
If you're upset by your experiences and want nothing more to do with them, talk to a religious leader/wise person that you respect and who will be sympathetic to you. They can teach you ways to shield yourself from unwanted paranormal experiences and to deal with entities that are making you uncomfortable.

I was just going to suggest going to about.com and if you look under their paranormal section there have "True Tales" that you can read submitted by readers.
