You should gain 25-30 lbs. from your starting weight. If you were underweight at the beginning of your pregnancy, you should gain an extra 5 lbs. Once you are in your third trimester you should start gaining half a pound a week. Before then, your weight will come on more slowly. Here is an article on weight gain during pregnancy. This is a great site for pregnant women and mothers.

Doctors recommend 25 - 30 pounds. You are a tiny person, so I would shoot for 25 pounds.
You should gain about 1/2 pound per week the first twenty weeks; the about 1 pound per week the last twenty weeks [ but it adds up to 30! ]
Eat well, don't eat fried, fast, or junk food. I found it much easier to gain weight when I was pregnant than not.
P.S. Anything over 25 pounds sticks to your butt!

the weight gain for pregnancy has nothing to do with height. a healthy pregnancy should be about a 25-35 pound gain.

I don't think height really matters. The norm, if you are at healthy weight to begin with, is around 25 pounds.
