Why would you want to shorten your penis for? I think you mean increase. Decrease means to reduce...not make bigger. Just do a search for penile surgery in Philadelphia, PA. Something will pop up.

Is that the same line you use to pick up on women. If so, I'll bet you're the only one that is going to see your penis. But if you are gay, maybe your boyfriend doesn't want to contend with even a pinky finger size schlong. Check out the magazine rack at your local turkish bath house.

Unfortunately, there isn't a penis reduction surgery. There are scrotum reductions, but not for the penis. Just as with enlargements, you're pretty much stuck with what the gods gave you.

This may be a joke, but to you that may know something in his area, take it seriously. I had a boyfriend once who was too big. I got a bladder infecton from being on top, doggie style was painful, only missionary was OK but boring!

Funny, I was just reading an article about this guy asking the same question because his girlfrind said it was too big and it hurt her. Turns out she had a vaginal opening infection....see if that helps.
