Rafa is a good guy. But Federer is my favorite player.
Jville said, "he hits a winner and yells COME ON...what kind of sportsmanship is that?"
I don't know what to say in response to that. That makes someone a bad sportsman? Federer also says come on sometimes. In the case of Nadal, it's called attitude. Without that sports is boring.

Very much and I don't think he is a bad sport. Nadal kept a blogg for The Times, each day answering questions from fans. Anyone reading it could not possibly conclude success had gone to his head.
Hey! How do you define a great tennis player - are they judged on how many tournaments they've won, how many weeks at number one, how many grand slams they've won, or are tennis players measured by something else??? - Angela
RN: Look at Roger Federer and you have the answer.

nikki you have said it all!!
rafa is a great big kid on and off the court and he's full of energy. he can't help that. when he pumps his fist it is not to intimidate anybody but to encourage himself. it is so obvious!!
his trainer uncle is always telling him that he is no big deal "just someone sending a little ball over a net". no way is nadal arrogant or aggressive. Don't let his healthy good spirits and amazing physique for his age fool you!
In case you still don't know the answer, who likes Nadal? I do!! and millions more!

I Like, love, adore... worship rafa!!! I think he's amazing, not only as a player and a showman as well. He is very humble, which is supported by the fact that he just runs around the different courts rather than having 6 to 10 guards to escort him. He is very loving to his family, his team, his fans and his girlfriend. He plays a mean game of tennis that he surpasses his distractors and fans expectations. He wears a unique set of clothing and doesn't care about the critisms of others about his Capri pants. And lastly, he's the King of Clay with a record of 81 straight clay matches in the open era!

I f**king can't stand Nadal. I have been a tennis fan for nearly 25 years and he is one of the most annoying players I ever watched. His jumping up and down before his matches and his celebratory fist pumps, make me want to punch him. I much prefer players like Federer and former great Andre Agassi to him. I like their quiet dignity and their ability to beat their opponents soundly with class

A Big NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO .... He has no class & don't know the meaning of sportmanship . There is greatness for being humble and he is definetely not !!!! He has no court courtesy, always showing off and acting like a raging bull

I hate him..especially during his matches.
For example, rafa is the returner, right when the serve is hit, he raises his hand, as in i'm not ready yet.....now, during the same point, he hits a winner and yells COME ON...what kind of sportsmanship is that?
