Geez you're so raving that you couldn't even get your question right.

The celebrities and Al Gore are not singing. Some of the best bands in the world are sining - 150 artists altogether like Dave Matthews Band, Linkin Park, Duran Duran, Snoop Dog, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Black Eyed Peas etc. etc. These are just the ones I've seen in the 3 hours I've been watching so far. Quite good music.

The poing is to raise awareness about global climate change, and it's accomplishing that goal quite well. They claim to have 2 billion viewers worldwide. Though I'm rather skeptical of that figure, there are tons of people watching. They also have various tips on how to become more environmentally friendly interspersed throughout the concert.

Maybe you could learn something from the concert rather than wasting your time ignorantly mocking it.

It makes them feel better. Haven't you noticed how liberals are all about feelings? They are all about "doing something" whether that something is effective or not never seems to matter to them.

Well, perhaps it will keep them off the street for a while. And if doing something provides an entertainer or two with some needed publicity all the better. Who knows? There may even be a Nobel Prize in it for Gore.

Will the world become any cooler as a result? How dare you ask such a question you racist, sexist, homophobe. What are you part of some vast right-wing conspiracy?

Gore has the notion that democrats like celebs to show them how to live their lives ..while he & other elites dictate to the masses & peons . Al Gore is just another hypocrit telling us to unplug our cell chargers - while he is photographed on Drudge in his Nashville mansion ..at his desk..with 3 huge flat screen panel computers and a flat screen TV ..all turned on at the same time using electricity . Anyone buying into that jokester scammer must love make-believe . Don't forget - he didn't get that 5-figure a month energy bill by unplugging his cell phone charger ..

Its Gores latest attempt to get the Kyoto Accord ratified so more American businesses can go overseas where they poo poo that accord.

PS. Think of all the dope smoking that goes on at these concerts, polluting the air with all that carbon dioxide! Hmmm does Al give them carbon credits if they grow at home? I wonder.

I believe that Al is only looking out for his own pocketbook. He has said that any procedes go to the non-profit group Alliance for Climate Protection.

What do you know? He's the Chairman of the Board

I bet he gets one hell of a compensation package.

And they all fly to these concerts on all 9 continents in their private jets...I just don't get it. Raising awareness, sure, but it strikes me as terribly hypocritical.
