When my brother was a teenager, he painted his room black (common practice then), then he glued white styrofoam cups all over the ceiling. It looked kinda like honeycombs but it was neat when he turned his black light on. Also, you can get flourescent paint in a lot of different colors, put a little in the end of a straw and blow splatters of it all over the black walls. I did that and it was beautiful under a black light.
