well it depends on where you live some states have a height limit on auto's some don't and having bigger tires on a bronco well that tell's me it's gonna be a gas guzzler, and the winch is a good item for when your stuck or need to pull someone outa a ditch. but most of all not sure what the laws are in florida you should check with the bmv and they will fill you in on ur question about it being legal or not

Local and state laws "NOT GOD" will allow that thing to drive on public roads. Drive over to the department of motor vehicals and ask. How high my headlights can be above the ground? How high can the frame be above my tire rims? Texas says 36" headlight height. California says frame cannot be above the top of the rim. So each state is different. If it look illegal it probably is? No matter how strong the wench is...

its not a legal vehicle to drive in your state. but no cop is going to chase you down just to get out and measure from the top of your bumper to the ground to see if it's over 36" tall unless you give him reason understand what i'm saying to you

Depending on the State you live in, yes its street legal. In my state (Alabama) there is no height restrictions on trucks.

As long as you have it tagged and registered and it's not more than 17 foot tall and 12 foot wide.
