I am having really strong pelvic bone pain like she is getting into place and doctor said she has already dropped. I am 38 weeks. Also I am leaking really bad in my breasts and I have always heard that happens either right before or sometime after.

It sounds like you are near delivery. What your baby is doing is engaging in your pelvic bones. You might even feel a twisting feeling because the baby is widening your hips and getting the head down where it should be.

Still, some baby's tend to take their time. Get lots of sleep now when you can. Have your bags packed. Don't get too discouraged if it takes time.

If your water breaks or you lose your mucus plug or you have timetable contractions (per your doctor's instructions)
Get to the hospital.

I am a big believer of visualization. At this moment visualize your babies head moving downward. Take deep slow breaths in and slowly out when you feel the pressure in your hips.
While in labor, don't fight the pain. Ride it like a wave. Visulize your labor pains like you are riding a wave --go with it and don't fight it. Also as you progress with your labot visualize the baby stretching and thinning your cervix.
How I did it and delivered quickly is I imagined this........
Think of a blg long turtleneck or a long sock, where you are pushing a basket ball through it, visualize pushing it through and how the material has to stretch and thin. Do this especially during the transition phase of labor. That is when you are frantic and think it will never end. If you visualize it will spead up that process. Then suddenly you are in the pushing phase, before you know it, your little miricle will be in your arms.

Enjoy the miracle of life

You could have it between now and up to two weeks after the due date. Baby dropping into place isnt necessarily a sign of labor. and pelvic bone pain is from her being way down there getting ready to be born. good luck and congrats.

every woman is different... every labor is different... the leaking can happen in first trimester, so that is not a factor. I am pregnant now, I had a daughter last year, as far as being close, great signs are a little blood, loss of mucus plug, major loss of clear fluid, sharp pains that go from being far apart almost perfectly in time to very close together... and then.. call the doctor, they will tell you what to do :)

Well, I do not know. BUT seeing that Wal-Mart is a hard work-unfriendly business enterprise, and seeing that Labor Day is a huge advantage pool of purchasers, a having a bet character could undoubtedly positioned the bet that that they ARE open. I simply uncover it pathetically ironic that the richest household in America (who has scads of cash to donate to political motives in their identifying) are not able to deliver their staff well being coverage?! So I do not store there. They are exploitative, and YOU pay for it seeing that their staff need to make use of the general public process.
