Yes. We deal with the very overweight public on a regular basis, so I get a good workout - even while I'm at work. My biggest patient today was "only" 159kg. My partner and I did get a little help with that one.

Nope, I can't lift anything near that heavy and I am jealous for the ones who can. Luckily, I have 2 very strong teenager boys who can lift very heavy things for me.
