after some time my intrest in each goes down and i realized i should have done some other constructive work.

why shouldn"t i realized this thing earlier.... ?

why i take lesson after comminting mistake ?

why my mind don"t act early ?

it happens to me everytime ?

Well hun you've got a 68 percent best answer. You're not wasting your time I mean sure it's better to do some exercise. But you're exercising your mind by doing good things for other people. I mean really, how many people can you help by going out on to the street? How many times do people ask for your help lets say they're your friends or siblings? Not often. So imagine the good you're doing when you give people the answers they need and enlighten them? I'm sure they appreciate it. You're not only giving information but you're also learning about humanity and about life by searching through questions and mistakenly learning something new. Now granted it is not good for your eyes and your wrists and your weight to sit at a computer everyday for so long but just know that nothing in life is wasted it's just you're life and what has happened. Don't feel bad. Now if you feel like you'd really like to stop for a while, i would suggest unplugging your internet cable and putting it somewhere difficult to get to. That way, when you feel like "wasting" your time on the internet, hopefully the lazy side of you will say ehhh to much work. Therefore, you only go to the trouble of retrieving the cable when you really need it. If you don't have an internet cable try something else along those lines. Find other interesting hobbies like going out on nature walks and improving your health if its not up to par yet. Best of luck to you. I know I wrote alot but I hope I helped. And didn't "waste" my time with answering this question : ) Bye!!!

you are addicted to the internet. Common problem actually. You need to unplug for about a month...it'll put things into perspective and you'll be more conservative with your online time from now on. Feel lucky because most people NEVER even realize they have a problem.
