How do I convert FLV files to an MSWMM file?

Okay so im trying to make an amv but i want to make it on a windows media maker anyway i got the flv file but i need to make it so i can put it on a MSWMM file cuz thats all the windowa movie maker can take so yeah if you can help me that would be wonderful!!!!!

A .mswmm file is not video file actually. It is a project file of Movie Maker (some sort of a text file, there are not any video).

So, you will need to convert the flash video to wmv.
