The standard weight is 50 pounds, but check with your airline.
And generally the carryon is not determined by weight, but rather by size, usually 45 linear inches. Again, check with your airline.

Your suite case and carry one bag are going to be far too heavy if you pack all those extra e's...

As far as I know the weight is standard, 55 pounds each in or out of country. Hope this helps!!!

it gets complicated with the metric system and the standered system depending if you are leaving for europe or leaving europe. depends on the airline you fly you can pay for extra luggage if need be
