I would love to discipline myself to talk less and listen more.

Ask a lot of questions, and make your answers to others' questions for you brief. Remind people that you really want them to open up to you, and they'll hopefully be happy to. However, don't make it entirely one-sided, because it's much easier to open up to people that open up to you. Also, think harder about what you have to say. If it's not important, just keep it to yourself.

Quite simply, SHUT UP!!! God gave you two ears and one mouth. That means you should listen twice as much as you speak. Just close your mouth and only speak when spoken to. Dont forget to use your ars and youll find that most of the time, speaking is unnessessary

Listening is a lot easier. Just nod your head as they talk, add a "I see" or "umhmm" every now and then, and they will never shut up.

Don't react on your emotions and look people in the eye as they speak to you.
