Yes alittle. It's one of those things that you like alittle of but too much is kinda gross....Or it's too rich or something.

When I was a very young child, my grandfather used to grow rhubarb and he would make rhubarb pies. I used to wait in the kitchen until it got cool enough to eat and we would sit there and have a slice each before anyone else came home.
He passed away when I was maybe 10 or 11 and I haven't had a rhubarb pie since that I cared for.
I wonder if I loved it so much because he made it for us ?

OMG! I am from North Carolina, and NOBODY eats rhubarb there. My BF's mom is from Iowa, and she made some stuff one day called rhubarb crunch. It was completely freaky tasting! She put some Breyer's vanilla ice cream on it which made it a little better. I ate it to be polite, but I will never eat that stuff again. blech!

Of course! There is a potato salad with mayonnaise and rhubarb that is out of this world.

I like rhubarb cobbler as long as it has plenty of vanilla icecream on top. It's delicious!

when i was little we ate it with salt right from the garden. Now my dad bakes 1 pie each spring after passover and I love it!!!!
