Light always travels at the same speed relative to the observer. No matter what your speed is light will always appear to be moving very quickly in relationship to you.

A fundamental principle of relativity (which has been experimentally verified many times) is that the speed of light is constant from all reference frames. In fact, Einstein arrived at his theory by pondering what it would be like to ride on a beam of light. He discovered that it would be impossible to catch up to light, and that time itself would slow down exactly enough to make sure the light always seemed to be traveling the same speed (to you, the traveler).

If your car were traveling at close to the speed of light, your headlights would appear to be operating normally from your perspective. From the perspective of someone in front of your car, the light would still be traveling the speed of light, but it would be blue-shifted (higher frequency).

someone posts this question every five minutes

well first of all using Einstein's E=MC^2 we know that as you approach the speed of light (and you have mass) your mass begins to become infinite therby causing you to need an infinite amount of energy to get to that speed.

so therefore the question is BS!!!!

also disregard the first answer by Haz he really doesn't have a clue what hes talking about

Depends on what medium you are traveling through. If you're traveling through matter (air) likely its not possible. However, in space...maybe possible. Though I'm not sure.
Once my time machine actually works, I'll be able to tell you for sure.

it depends. if you turned on the lights first, you would see it clear in front of you. if u started traveling first, you wouldnt be able to see what in front of you. cuz they're both the same speed
