I'm not sure what you're asking so I'm guessing you want to try it.
When you go to the log on screen you can choose to switch to Yahoo beta if you want. If you try it out and you don't like it you can switch back.
You need to use IE 7 as your browser because Yahoo beta doesn't work with Mozilla.
Yahoo beta allows you to drag and drop your mail and also allos several shortcuts to make (yahoo mail) life easy.
I like it better than the standard.
