im am looking for a free anti-spyware to download
with real time protection and doenst lag my computer ..

There is no Anti Spyware with real time protection that offers real time protection that is free.
You have to get the paid upgrades of the programs.
There are Anti Spyware programs that block spyware from even being installed on your computer.
There is no need to scan with this program it is protecting all the time .
You only need to run updates.(The paid version does this Automatically).
The program is called spyware blaster.
I highly recommend this program as I have it installed on my PC and it works great.

Here are a few, now remember, these are for removing spyware, not virus's. You will still need a virus protection program. You can have as many spyware programs as you like

The free programs don't have real time protection. Antispyware apps run about $30 a year.
