When putting ANY aluminum or steel part into a titanium frame you MUST use an anti seize compound. Available at any auto parts store cheap. Mixture of graphite and petroleum jelly. If not, in the presence of any moisture, the two different metals will weld themselves together and forget ever getting them apart with out destroying one or both.

dielectric grease is what you want to use, however you still need to clean the posts on occasion, and remove all the old grease and replace it with new. even the dielectric grease will break down and cause problems.

Don't use grease. Every auto parts store in the world sells cheap aerosol cans of battery terminal cleaner/protector that prevents corrosion. Use that stuff.

They actually make a little felt ring that goes over you post and your cable fits on top of it. Works like a charm. Or just pour some Coke on em about every other week.

i just use high temperature grease. the kind you grease your car with, and i never had any trouble with it. if you dont have any grease, use petroleum jelly.you dont have to use dieletric grease, just plain high temp. grease will work.

I though dielectric grease prevents some conductivity. If so, would you want to use it?
