Much depends on your location, skill level, and whether you go industrial, commercial or residential.
Residential requires salesmanship and money handling. You also earn a commission on selling unneeded items to homeowners.
Industrial requires a lot of dedication, you need to be available on short notice but little sales.
Commercial is a mix of the above two.
For a guesstimate, try http://swz.salary.com .
True salaries are about 2/3 of what are listed.
A Journeyman will earn 1 1/2 times what an apprentice earns, and a Master will earn about 1 1/2 times a Journeyman. Entry level earn about 1/2 Journey level.
