I think the only reason 46% oppose impeachment is because Cheney would then hold the top chair. That's enough to make your blood run cold, isn't it?
At least Bush is stupid.....

"Two things are infinite, human stupidity and the universe, and I'm not sure about the universe."
Albert Einstein
How many of these 45% proponents of impeachment do you think actually know what the criterior is for impeachment? How many believe that if the president is impeached, it means he is removed from office? How many truly believe that a president can be impeached based on performance and popularity polls?
It's really ridiculous to keep jumping on and off the "Impeach Bush" bandwagon - all you'll get is skinned knees.

New Hampshire based. Blue ,blue, blue How laughable. LOL!
The study by the private New Hampshire-based ARG canvassed 1,100 Americans by telephone July 3-5 and had an error margin of plus or minus three percentage points. The findings are available on ARG's Internet site.

How sad so many people here REALLY trust these pathetic little polls that keep popping up.
I don't trust these "polls" since they are so easy to spin, or they only call people in areas they know will support their questions.

Just proves that 45% of Americans don't know what impeachment is actually for. These are the same people that thought Clinton we being impeached for a BJ and not lying under oath.

1 phone call represents something like 50,000 people. Not very accurate.

Wow, 1100 people asked on the phone. Out of 191,000,000 of voting age in America.
As the Democrats continue to find out, Small Polls do not represent America.

It also depends on who you ask and where you ask. Ask this in L.A. or S.F. and this type of result is to be expected.
In addition, he hasn't been incompetent. He has had the media continue to paint him as such, but that's just about it.
