Because you have an ecosystem that supports the frogs and other wild life just about the only thing you can do is try to live with them. Learn to like and appreciate them. They eat the critters you'd probably rather not have around not to mention they are interesting to look at. Get to know what of species of frog is coming around and how they benefit you and your yard and you may decide that taking a dip with a frog every now and again isn't that bad. Good luck.

The frogs are helping you to keep the bugs in control in a natural way.
You should try to live with them as it is a never ending task to remove them.
You can put some carnivorous fishes in the pond which will eat the tadpoles and thus reduce the frog population.
Don't use any chemical they are usually expensive, not effective and most of the time armful.
An other tip: don't leave your personnel page address on this type of forum, there are a lot of stupid people out there who think it smart to spoil it in the dirtiest way.

Hi Misty,

Keep the chlorine levels in the pool at 3-5ppm for free/total chlorine and this will repel the frogs. They will visit but as they approach the pool they will be turned away from it and go back to the creek.

Well that might be hard to do. You have what they need, water.
Maybe some sort of solid fence to separate the creek from the pool.

The best thing is to get rid of your bugs...then you will get rid of your frogs. Seven works pretty good on the bugs....use something safe for the frogs but bad for the bugs and they will go away.
