I have a cousin whose been married for almost 2 years now and they've been trying to have a child but they never got their wish. However, recently, my cousin has been having shorten periods and during these short periods she's also been feeling cramps that she never had before. (During her periods, she never have major cramps only minor one that feels like a little tingle) She asked me and a bunch of my other girl cousins, but we honestly have no idea. She says that every month her "period" (if it is here period) comes, but instead of a 5 day period its comes for 3-4 days only. She really wants to know if she's pregnant. The pregnancy tests says she's not, so she's wondering if its worth going to the doctors for. Please help her. THank you.

Although it IS possible to "menstruate" during pregnancy, I would recommend seeing a doctor, both as a good measure before looking to get pregnant, and to consult these changes in the periods, to rule out any health issues, the sooner the better! Good luck.

well, she says she has her period so it is impossible that she's pregnant....it takes less time than before due to a change in weather or her activity or diet.they always try to have a baby ,but that doesn't succeed due to weakness from her husband or from her or she is not aware of the best days of when the chances of getting pregnant are high actually it is from the 15 th to the 21st day since the 1st day of the period...so she has to be aware!!best wishes god willing!!why doesn't she try drinking milk, well u know it increases fertility by 2 times just 1 cup of milk!!!

it is possible to have a period while pregnant, my mom had her period with 2 or 3 of us (out of 8). if she really wants to be pregnant, she should go to the doctor anyway. sometimes stress will screw things up too, so to be on the safe side, i would suggest she get checked. you never know what could be going on!

It good to get checked up just in case she is. However it is very possible that she could be pregnant...Positive signs if she is pregnant is that within 10 to 12 weeks is a fetal heart rate (doppler transducer) a fetoscope. Presumptive signs which is in the first trimester is amenorrhea, nausea and vomiting, breast tenderness, pronounced nipples, urinary frequency. Ask her if she is experiencing these things.

I would tell her to see a doctor. Some women will never get a pregnacy test to show positive.
