What all of us understand: Bush omitted warnings from the intelligence community as nicely as from the outgoing Clinton administration approximately terrorism, Al Queda and OBL. The assaults on 9/11 could no longer have been almost as poor if no longer for the the two incompetence or cooperation of the White residing house. lots of the persons and firms that are cashing in on the invasion and occupation of Iraq are close Bush family contributors acquaintances or lobbyists. a minimum of portion of the reason we've been ever in contact in the middle East is that we are dependant on oil and we've already or quickly will hit height oil. hence, if Al Gore have been President (as he became elected), 9/11 probably does no longer have occurred, yet whilst it did, we'd have had much less reason to waste lives and money in an unlawful occupation of an harmless, sovereign country. we'd likely have lots greater proper understand in the international community. better of all, without the present adminstration to maintain reminding us to be scared, we'd be happier. finally, Gore does no longer have illegally wiretapped human beings or allowed torture to take place in our call. temporarily, the international could be a lots greater proper and safer place right this moment.

We'd be far better off. The reactionaries of the GOP have used Bush as a stooge for the interests of the Oil Mafia, the trans-national corporations and the Jesus freak right. Oddly, even with the horsepower of the presidency behind them none of those entites are all that better off. However, the American wage-earner is a lot worse off. I suspect the we would have had a far more intense and effective defense and offense against 'Terror Inc' with less of this govenment snooping on ordinary Americans. We certainly would have at least the beginnings of a 21st century energy policy and the beginnings of a universal health INSURANCE plan and probably a trade policy that would put the American wage-earner first or at least co-equal with corporate interests. We'd all be better off..we missed a good chance...too bad for us!

It would be a better place for America's enemies. They could bribe Gore by buying carbon credits from him, and maybe even terrorism credits.

worst..Al Gore might have got impeached for the whole 9/11 thing..remember it was under his watch in a way he was Vee Pee..and Republicans were running both houses..I would rather had Herr Lieberman as President...than Algore..the republicans would have attacked him and Clinton for 9/11 and we would have never gone into Iraq or maybe we might have to get some kind of revenge for America..the republicans would have whip up the Americas blood lust after 9/11 and whom ever ran against him in 2004 would have won by a land slide ...Algore has thanked the global warming gods for not winning...

Oh sure. It would all be hearts and flowers. Everybody would be happy, there would be no climate crisis, the terrorists would run in fear of the mighty Algore, everybody would be of equal wealth, the grass would be greener and your milk wouldn't go bad. Ever. Oh, wait a minute.......that's Algore's fantasy. Sorry.

I voted for him but on 9/11 I was really glad that my guy lost. Worse.

Better.

We would be fighting terrorism instead of starting civil wars in countries that were never a threat to us.

The so-called "intelligence" reports on Iraq that were given to congress were flat out made up by the Bush administration.
