"MOPED" honda express's automatic choke stuck?

the choke is stuck its like appart of the slide on the throttle does anyone know how i can get it unstuck?

Always give year, make, engine size and model # when asking questions. We need all of that info to give an informed answer.
Different years have different carbs.
Some people don't know what an Express is (NC50)
Try spraying some carb cleaner around the choke and let it sit for a few hours.
OR
Completely wash with water and dry the carb (no smell of gas).
Remove all rubber and plastic parts.
Heat the carb around the choke area with a torch.
The carb will expand due to the heat and maybe allow the choke to come out.
OR
Bring the carb to a motorcycle shop.
They will soak it in their carb cleaner tank.
