My phone is CDMA and i just bought before 2 months ago.I don't understad what to do?how do i get my new phone under same plan with offer rate ? i paid it through AMEX. can i get my money back ? i m so upset now.
Plz help me out what are my options

take out the battery..leave it open..let it dry for days..see what happens..
has happened to me before, it was fine.

If you don't have the insurance your only option is to buy another one at retail price. If you look online you can find deals but you're still gonna spend 200-300 depending on the phone. I don't recommend buying one used because the battery might be run down. You can't get your money back though because it wasnt a manufacturers defect and its out of return policy anyway. The only other option is to pay the 200 and cancel your service. It's probably more practical to buy another phone, though since you are in contract already and not yet eligible for upgrade there won't be any discount pricing.

Your phone might be salvageable. You must remove the battery and sim card ASAP and allow the phone to dry out for a couple of days.
If you were fast enough and the phone gets dry enough it just may work!

Why should you get your money back? You are the one who dropped it. If you sold a car to somebody and they totalled it, would you give them back their money? I think you'll have to sprint down to your nearest phone store and get a new phone
