no it doesn't change. Kinda like the way the sun sign doesn't change. Your moon sign is in Libra, so you are a double libra! The libra traits are probably very strong in you.

Also your mercury and mars are in Libra, damn girl! I don't even have one Libra sign in my chart. You must be a charming girl ;)

and who knows, your rising sign could be in libra, but you would have to know the exact time and birth place for that one.
