what real people need. you always see construction going on, them working on the road, building more walmarts, you see all these new game systems for people to spend all their money on and waste their valuable time. you see all these adds and commercials for weight loss pills and makeup and all these things that people dont need. and there are alot of people who live on the streets, alot of kids with health problems that dont get the help they need. alot of people with mental health problems that dont get the help they need because they dont have enough money, or know how to get the help. you see schools that always have to cut back on things because they dont have enough money. so the kids dont get a good education like they deserve. people are doing all these things that really arent going to help them or anyone else, pointless things. people spend their money on beer and drugs, while some people who need drugs cant afford them. the people who are doing drugs have kids, get pregnant, then if they have the kid, that kid alot of the time does not have a good life. people abuse kids, neglect kids, people abuse their spouses, cheat on them. there are soo many things. i know im kindof ranting but its true. in this world people are soo concerned about making money that they dont use for anything good, and people are soo concerned about fitting in for no reason. so those people become druggies and do things that not only affects them badly but the people around them too. and the onese who are trying to make alot of money spend it on electronics that are in style, and things like that.
what do i think people should be focusing on? being human, humane. the people who do have abunch of money, should spend it on helping others, charities. the people who spend their time playing video games and watching tv should volunteer. and thats another thing, the laws need to chill out. the law against child labor, it needs to be abit more specific. im 14, and according to child labor laws, i cant volunteer at the animal shelter, at goodwill. and i dont think thats right. its like now even if people do want to help they cant help the things that really need help. goodwill is a great organization. they give people with disabilities a job, train them so hopefully in the future they can get a job that anyone else can get. there are great places like that, but they need help. i think that people need to have a better perspective in whats important. education, helping others. the things that we learned in kindergarten, to share, to care, to help, to say your sorry, to forgive. to stay healthy. to stay away from drugs and alcohol. okay maybe we didnt learn those last two things in kindergarten, but if our brains could have understood then they probably would have taught us that too. i just think that we should focus on making sure everyone gets what they need, not what they want, what they need. and to take care of the environment. the biggest thing is respect. respect for ourselves, for others, and to the environment. and the thing about the abuse and mental illnesses, if abuse gets stoped soon after it stops, and if mental illnesses get treated as soon as they are noticed, then we wouldnt have people who kidnap kids, who steal, who rape. because obviously those people have something wrong with them if they do those things, and im not making excuses for them, im saying that if they were helped with their problems early, then they wouldnt end up doing those things. people need to care about others, and notice whats happening with the people they know, because thats the only way that they will get help if someone recognizes they have a problem. and people need to pay attention to themselves more too. basically i am picturing a good world in my head and just saying whats different about it.

This may not be very original, but I would have to list global warming THE most imminent and, honestly, terrifying threats to the entire world right now. There are many arguments that discredit various claims that Al Gore made in An Inconvenient Truth, saying that his information was skewed in that it showed none of the major warming periods (i.e.mass extinctions) further back than the time frame his graphs showed.
However...if one stops to think about this, MASS EXTINCTIONS?! Of course, there is quite a multitude of apocalyptic predictions out there on the internet and whatnot, but the risk of losing millions of lives is actually quite existent. Gore highlighted this by showing images of where flooding would occur should the sea-level rise by a paltry 20 inches. He then listed the number of people living in each of those areas. 100 million lives at risk, in some of the poorest and most financially-strained areas in the world.
We can preach and moan all we want about poverty and government conspiracy theories, but the truth is that we have sorely mistreated our planet, and we are paying the price. When we have at least put forth the effort to save those lives and the future of our very planet, then we can truly afford to spend time slowly working out the rest of society's issues.
(Abraham?) Maslow's Hierarchy of Need puts the need for a place to live far in front of needs for the world to have a high self-esteem and moral satisfaction...

Well, well for you. When I was once a child I deliberate on ready, however then I forgot one night time! I don't have any regrets despite the fact that, I don't have any purpose of having married and I, sorry for being crude, however I relatively like intercourse and flings. Some persons are the wedding forms, for my part I'd lose interest.

Poverty, healthcare & peace. While global warming seems to be what is politically correct these days, I think we have other issues that are more life threatening to deal with in the here and now.

Natural healing, drug / alcohol laws, and our children's educations. I think if we put more focus on those issues, our society would be 100 times better than it is today.

I'd like the world to focus on "Spelling" in my opinion. ("Grinning" I was joking.) Actually, I think I'd like for the world to focus more on loving one another and eliminating hatred.
