It's not specifically for teens, nothing is. Just do a search and see if anything is right for you. And you do not need an agent for musical theatre...
You should also look in the calendar or entertainment section of your newspaper to get the names and/or web addresses for the theatres in your area. Check their websites directly since they likely have their season of whos posted so you can see if anything is coming up that may be right for you. They also most likely have audition info posted as well.

You need a Talent Agent. Audition for theaters in your area.
