Is it okay to use (skin tone) eyshadow as a foundation? Just wondering.

Tough question. The eyeshadows usually contain talc and mica, which would cause break outs if used on your skin. The texture also isn't made to blend in too, it'd be too obvious. Think about it this way, would you put baby powder on your face? :)
Besides, cream formulations blend in better ;)
