Let's work on a global level shall we. The power base of militant extremist Islam is in the oil-rich arab countries of the middle east. It should be possible to annihilate the civilian population while leaving the infrastructure necessary for oil production intact by deployment of fusion weapons high in the atmosphere with high radiation yields. This would have the advantage of cutting off comcon for all the varied satellite terror groups here and abroad. Without mid eastern support they would just wither on the vine. I doubt there would be any intervention from either Russia or China as neither of these nations have any sympathies with the idea of a world wide islamic brotherhood, except in that it is an embarrassment and inconvenience to the west. Once the islamic threat is gone we should consider targetting our remaining missiles on Delhi, Moscow and Beijing, perhaps the mere threat and example would be sufficient to cow them into submission.
So there you have it a total blueprint for world harmony and peace without a drop of innocent blood being shed!

Fair enough mate, you just point out who the terrorists are and you will not find the government's forces wanting.
The trouble is proving which ones are the terrorists, which ones are the extremists and which ones are just shooting their mouths off. You can't simply start harrassing people because they're muslim - or you really WILL make enemies for yourself.
But if you're tagging asylum seekers why aren't you tagging all immigrants? Personally I think tagging is a bit far, it's a lot of money and infringement of liberty just to catch the tiny tiny percentage who are committing terrorism - certainly checking what they're getting up to for a good few years is a good idea though.

Your fighting an idea, so come up with a better method. How are tags going to work, Who is going to monitor and check up on them. The Islamist terrorists are fighting for a way of life, that they believe is true to their religion. It will only be once their ideals are rebuffed by main stream Muslims, that they will live in a secular society.

Let me address your question, opps, sorry, rants and raves, in bite size answers, as I do not want to confuse you.
We did take the fight, as you describe it, to the people you speak of, in their Country, Iraq just for one, without legal cause.
As you have a desire to 'take it to them', you obviously agree, based upon your cereal box arguement, that one takes it 'to them', thus agreeing that the terrorists, as described, have the right, correspondingly, to 'take it to us' here in England.
Have you got a headache yet. Are you confused, and as for tagging all overseas brothers and sisters, the only tag that is loose s the one connecting your singe brain cell to your bollocks.
Ladies and gentelemen from overseas, do not be scared by gat ugly cowards like this wanker, as a gathering of one million of them would still leave them confused as to the next move, other than ar*se scratching, which is the only activity they are any good at.

Here is my belief on this topic. There isn't going to be an attempted attack on the U.S. for a few years, however Europe will continue being bombarded. As soon as we feel we're safe and they (the terrorists) are only occupied with Europe we will let our guard down. Then BOOM!
I say we draft all able bodied Americans of age and go on the offensive before this happens. We know where they are, but because of political reasons we can't go after them. Screw politics and lets get rid of 'em.
GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!

I'm sick of hearing how these people still defend Muslims and want to have a sit down, friendly 'chat' with Islamic extremists.. There is absolutely NO negotiating with them.
They have declared war on western civilization - and people still think they're not a threat.
I think we should just take them out and get it over with - This cat and mouse game has got to end! Why are we just sitting around, 'waiting' for another attack when we could just end it?

The American People do....most of us.
- Iraq and Afghanistan - I would say America is taking the fight to the door step of Islamic Terrorism.
- New poll - 76% of Iraqi's say life is better under American control than under Saddam's murderous regime.
Red, White, Blue...Forever.

I agree in part to the defending our way of life but we also must have a balanced society because these days most countries ''are'' multinational so lets embrace cultural divisions so that they have their identity .................... like us we shouldn't change for anyone and nor should they. That aside i do think that radicalism is on the up but only for those disillusioned.

No No No. The reason the terrorist are attacking is because we have interferred in their country previously. Will man never learn.
Just close the doors to immigrants into UK. Ship out all offenders, who were not born in the UK and Jail those who were.
