can not only do anything a man can, but also have any job that men have?

No. We do not have the same physical makeup, emotional makeup or strength that men do. It is a fact. And likewise, they can't do everything we can do.

I believe that some women can, but not all of them, I just did a job that gave me personal experience with this, I would consider it a man's job even though women do it to, but I think women can do anything that men can do, but for some women it is a much harder challenge

I think women can accomplish many things, but I do not believe we can do anything a man can do. We just don't have the muscle power that men have.

I sitll think there are many physical jobs that would be very difficult for a woman. It may be done, but I think it may be one of those things that may not be tackled. Look at the dangers in female body building, or the movie GI Jane where she was a POW. There are some occupations women aren't meant to tackle and still be healthy and safe.

No some jobs are just too physical for women, but on the whole they can do 99% of jobs.

Shaz has the right answer in my opinion. As an example, women would not model in men's underwear and men wouldn't wear bras in a tv commercial.

Almost. I believe that women can do anything intellectually that men can, but since women have less muscle mass, I don't think that women can do everything physically that men can. But almost. ;)
