Need more information.
Do you want a 3-phase circuit?
Do you want 3 loads on the circuit?
Do you want a 3-way light switch?
Redo your question with more detail.

I'm guessing you mean a 3-way Switch (two switches controlling the same light)?
When wiring with NM cable ("Romex"), it's typically-
-hot and neutral into the first switch
-a 3-conductor wire between the switches (neutral and two switch "travellers")
-a two conductor wire from the second switch to the light (neutral and switched hot)
But there are several ways to wire it; especially if it's a wire and conduit install. Here's a good reference site with all the wiring options diagrammed-

Your question is not clearly asked, you need to state your problem and ask for a solution.
