I don't think science can accurately prove that being gay is a choice or something your born with. My belief is that it is a chemical thing in the brain that determines sexual preferences. I am straight because there is nothing in my brain that tells me to be attracted to men. I cant see how someone would want to be gay. You can be proud of your sexuality, whether your gay or not, but why would anyone choose to be that way. Besides, I also very strongly believe that being gay is something your born with because to me, the female body is so beautiful and desirable, if a guy isn't attracted by that, there's no doubt in my mind that it is a brain thing.

I don't think they have "scientifically proved it". If you mean that it is not a choice, then yes, I agree.
Any GLBTQ should know who Kinsey is/was. About 60 years ago, Dr.Kinsey developed a scale through research. It consisted of the numbers 1 through 6. One side represented heterosexual, and the other homosexual. Almost everyone involved with his research (he started with men, and later found the same results with women), were somewhere on the scale between 2 and 5.
This technically means that everyone is born bisexual.

Sorry but there is no proof that people are born gay. It is more likely that a gay person comes from a divorced home raised by their mom than to have other gay members in the family gene pool.
I'm attracted to Sandra Bullock however to act on that attraction would be unhealthy. We need to control our emotions and feelings. Not all of them are good, not all of them should be acted on.
Homophobic is a word used to win arguments by intimidation. No one has an irrational fear of gay people. Why not use the words racist, or bigot. They do the same thing.

That's just crazy talk. being gay is a decision, it is NOT in our genetic coding. If it were, that gene would have died out thousands of years ago.

nobody had " proved " any such thing. twin studies have proved that you are not " born" gay and that it is not genetic, that leaves choice as a reason by default. Over 10,000 exgays have decalred that it is a choice.

Straight people are the only people that think it's a choice. Look at these *****. They shouldn't spout out opinions on something they will never understand.
