take a look at the link and tell me can you tell where my son's head is...The tech said this was a profile but it looks horribly unclear compared to all my other ultrasound pics

His head is at the lower right hand corner. His eyes are facing up. The series of lined up dots is his spine and his feet are toward the top right of the picture.
The mess on the left looks like the umbilical cord.
If this picture is on hard copy too, and on Thermal paper, make a copy of it. The image on thermal paper will fade over time.

His head is on the very right. It is a side view and it looks like his little hands coming up toward the middle of the pic.
You could always have a 3D scan you wont have any doubt then. You can see the facial features so clearly.

To me it looks like the right on the bottom of the photo look you can see the spine the left almost looks like feet to me CONGRATS to you too

that doenst look like a pregnant ultrasound specially one with twins looks more like a large tumor sorry i cant be of more help
