I mean, will it cause them for example, to spit?
As the magnets try to repel and the vacuum tries to make them collide.

Thing is, there is no such thing as a "positive magnet". There is no magnetic charge; if it existed, they would bear the usual names in magnetism - North and South. People have been looking for magnetic monopoles (this is the official name, not "magnetic charge") ever since Dirac hypothesized their existence, but without success. An interesting effect of the existence of the magnetic monopoles is the quantification of the electric charge (which WAS observed)

These being said,two magnetic monopoles of the same kind, by virtue of symmetry with the electric charge (the basis for Dirac's hypothesis), they would repel each other, with a force inverse proportional to the square of their relative distance. The presence of a medium would affect their interaction the same way the same way a medium affects the electric interaction - only via the magnetic properties.

Point charges repel as 1/r^2, "point" dipoles attract as 1/r^3. Depends on magnet strength vs. charge and distance of separation. Then you can worry about magnetic field divergence altering attraction vs. distance.

Nothing happens to a magnet in a vacuum.

There will be no change in behaviour. They will behave in usual manner as Magnetism is not subjected to any medium for propagation.Same laws will govern this case also.

Well, if one of the "positive magnets" is like my fist, and the other "positive magnet" is your face, I would say they would smash into each other with great force.
