Usually around 6-7 months, but the drooling usually begins a month or so beforehand. The drool can throw you off, though because it's always been associated with teething. Babies around 2-5 months have very little control of their tongue and lips, so the saliva just comes out because they don't know how to keep it in.

Babies start the drooling process at about 2 or 3 months old, but it usually takes several months before the first tooth appears. My daughter started teething at 3 months, and got her first teeth at 6 months. My friends daughter started at 3 months, and got her first teeth at 9 months.

I've heard of babies being born with teeth. I had some teeth by the time I was 3 months old. So I guess any age is ok!

at any age a baby can get teeth, my brother got his teeth at 2 months, my daughter started teething at 2 months but is still trying to push through that tooth and she's 5 months old, my brother-in-laws neice was born with teeth, unfortunally they had to be pulled, a baby gets the drolling and knawing on a fist or other objects early, but that doesnt mean they are teething, if she crys a lot when she has something in her mouth and she chomps down on something hard say something to her doctor, and they'll look in there and tell you yes or no.. good luck..

My little guy started teething at 3 months and cut 2 teeth. The doctor told me he was not teething when I called him concerned about my little guy's sick tummy and mood change. He cut 2 teeth at 3 months, 2 more at 4months, 2 more at 6 months and one every month after. Good luck, teething is not fun!

Napolian was born with his four front teeth, two on the top and two on the bottom. His mum must have had a grand time breast feeding him...lol. It depends on the baby. If her gums are red and swollen, she's teething. Have the peditrician check or recommend a pediatric dentist. Best of luck to you!
