i bought kingdom hearts 2 from walmart and i left it in the ps2 and my brothers took it out and broke it.i told the guy at the store what happened and he let me exchange it for a new one but i think it depends on what store you bought it from.

How long have you had the game. And where was it at. Some places dont take crap back. If you try to take it back dont say you made the scratch. Make something up.

depends on the store, but most stores will not accept these games...at least not for a full refund or even a game switch. this happened to my Call of Duty 3, and EB Games would not give me a new one, but offered a bull price for it. soo yea.

it depends what store..if its one of those stores that only sell gaming products, then no..if you bought it at Walmart, they dont give a ****, just say that it came without a CD, and they will fricking give you a new one. LOL.

You bought a product, opened it, and damaged it.

Now you want the store to buy you a new one.

Hm.

Interesting business model.
