I don't watch either game, but I was always puzzled why baseball guys wear a glove and Cricket guys don't. They still have to catch the ball. Would the Baseball guys be better off without the glove.

well they don't wear glove except for the wicketkeeper because it is usually hit across the ground and they know the proper way to catch while batting they have to wear Helmet Chest guards Boxes Thigh Pads Leg Pads so the ball is quite hard ( I know this cause play cricket and have been hit numerous times) they actually use baseball gloves in practice and it would be better if they didn't where gloves

Because cricket players have a hard enough time remembering the rules of the game to worry about their hands being hurt catching a cricket ball....

BECAUSE baseball players wear gloves, and cricket players do not. Just that simple!!

cuz cricket isn't as demanding as baseball.... baseballs are harder
